2025 Tournament at Dick’s House of Sport
April 25-27, 2024
Regular games will be held Friday night and Saturday. Playoff games will begin Saturday afternoon/evening. Typically semi-finals and finals are on Sunday and end around 4pm. Open and Over 30 division finals are typically Saturday late afternoon/early evening.
Requests are welcome but not promised. We will do our best to accommodate each team, but the final schedule depends on the number of teams registered in each division. The final schedule is published one week before the tournament.
Divisions
Coed Open 6v6 (4 men, 2 women, all 18+)
Registered Teams:
Coed Over 30 6v6 (4 men 30+, 2 women 18+)
Registered Teams:
Fully Recreational (All 18+, 6v6, min 1 female on the field)

Special Rules:
Rosters limited to 12 players total
The board reserves the right to review rosters and change division placement if necessary
Each player must play in one regular game to be eligible to play in playoffs and finals
Receipt of red card prohibits play for the remainder of the tournament
T-shirts will be provided and MUST be worn as your jersey for the duration of the tournament
Players are welcome to register on multiple teams, even within the same division. However, if those teams play each other, said player must only play with ONE team for the entirety of that game and may not switch
Game clock starts at game time. No exceptions and no delays
No need for a female to be on the field to start and no minimum number of players. See rule above

RULES
All Games are 6v6 Format (including goalkeeper)
Maximum of 4 male players on the field (per team) - except in the recreational division
No offsides
Substitutions on the fly
Kick ins (no throw ins) - DIRECT
All free kicks are direct
Five yards given on free kicks and kick ins
If an indirect foul occurs in the box direct kick given at the top of the box
Kick ins are direct
Slide tackling is NOT permitted
Physically sliding when an opponent is not around IS permitted. For example to save a ball from going out of bounds
Slide tackling call is completely at the discretion of the referee
Penalty kicks to be taken from marked spot
Goalies CAN drop-kick and punt
Goalies can NOT slide tackle feet first inside or outside the box challenging for the ball
Goalies CAN slide in the box to block a shot
During play, if the ball hits a wire above the field – play on!
EQUIPMENT
Shin guards are not mandatory
Player are not permitted to play with the following:
Watches, including fitbits
Jewelry
Cleats with metal studs
Hard casts
Ballcaps
Any other equipment or item(s) deemed as dangerous by the referee
Must wear: shirt, shorts, shoes
Goalies must wear a distinguishing color from players
Teams must wear tournament shirts
If pinnies are needed for entire team, priority given to team in tournament shirts
TOURNAMENT POLICIES
Maximum of 12 players per roster
Receipt of red card immediately prohibits play in remainder of tournament
Players CAN play on multiple teams within same division or in different divisions but cannot switch teams mid game
Player must play in at least ONE regular game to be eligible for playoff games/finals
Must be 18+ to participate
No minimum needed to start a 6v6 game
Games WILL start at designated time, regardless of number of players on the field
Maximum of 4 male players on the field for full Coed team (except in the recreational division)
The standard male to female ratio is 4/2 for 6v6 teams. However, Coed teams are welcome to have more female players on the field. For example: 3M/3F
All players must sign league/facility waiver to participate
